College Algebra by Jay Abramson, licensed under CC BY. 2. College Algebra by Stitz and Zeager, licensed under CC BY-NC-SA. Abramson’s textbook is adequate and does satisfy all the requirements of a book of outstanding quality, but College Algebra by Stitz and Zeager contains a wide variety of worked examples and many exercises with solutions, so this second resource can be used as a supplemental textbook.
