Multicultural literature features works written by African American, Asian American, Native American, and Latino authors as they intersect with issues of race, gender, class, ethnicity, religion, sexuality, and nationality. Students will read, discuss, and analyze multicultural literature to expand and deepen their experiences with diverse voices and perspectives.
