Two OERs are presented here: Intermediate Algebra by Lynn Marecek & Andrea Honeycutt Matthis, licensed under CC BY, and Intermediate Algebra by John Redden, licensed under CC BY-NC-SA. The textbook by Marecek & Matthis adequately meets students needs and matches the curriculum for Intermediate Algebra. It is a textbook of excellent quality that students will enjoy learning from. Redden's textbook is recommended as a supplemental texbook. It contains more exercises and worked examples, and students can also see other methods of solving problems.

College Algebra by Jay Abramson, licensed under CC BY. 2. College Algebra by Stitz and Zeager, licensed under CC BY-NC-SA. Abramson’s textbook is adequate and does satisfy all the requirements of a book of outstanding quality, but College Algebra by Stitz and Zeager contains a wide variety of worked examples and many exercises with solutions, so this second resource can be used as a supplemental textbook.
